How Long Will My Item Take To Be Delivered?

Our products are packed and sent out for shipping within 48 hours. Depending on your location, there may then be 3 to 5 day delivery time for Europe, and 5 to 9 days for international shipping. In general, most items reach their destination in 7 business days or less.

There are some bespoke products that are sourced from external suppliers. Some of these products may have a longer processing period before shipping. If this is the case with your item, it will be clearly stated on purchase and confirmation email.

Do I get a Tracking Number?

Yes, as soon as we get one! Normally we send them on the same day the item reaches the shipping depot. So, after processing and packing time, expect tracking to arrive in your email between 2 to 5 days after ordering.

Are Your Products Genuine?

Yes, 100% genuine. We deal directly with European suppliers, who in turn deal direct with the brands themselves. All items are checked for authenticity. You can be assured we are not in the business of selling fake designer products.

My Item Is Delicate, Will It Arrive In Good Condition?

Yes! We ship with Fedex. Items are carefully packed so they will handle a shipping journey!

Can I Get A Refund If I Am Not Happy?

If the item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, and is completely unused, unopened, and tags still attached, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange this. Provide a photograph of any issue so we can handle your request fast.

Your Company Is Based In The UK, Does This Affect My Rights as an International Customer?

Not at all! We send to customers regular outside of UK and Europe. Our main shipping location is London, but we fully respect local laws and customer rights. Whatever rights as a customer you have in your state or country, you can be sure we will work within those guidelines.
